Costs in OZ have to be one of the main reasons I looked in S America for the next big copper player. I tend to agree that when we ramp up work we can get very close to our expected times. Red tape in Aus is a hindrance on many levels and the sooner we get fed some info about our mine building exercise...........we will be none the wiser
