Btw . What's the difference between an investor and a speculator ? Is there a timeframe involved ? I don't know any property investors who buy property and then sell it the next week or the next month .
I have some CBA shares . While I love the dividends and the recent growth and I plan to hold them for the long term , if their sp starts falling , I'll dump them . Am I CBA investor or speculator ?
