National Australia Bank Limited (ASX:NAB) has launched NAB Essential Life protection to coincide with MoneySmart Week.
The bank advises customers who apply for the new insurance online, will receive cover immediately.Retail Wealth Product Executive General Manager David Hackett says the launch is the first time NAB customers can apply and access cover online.The banking giant has extended a 10 percent discount, on customer premiums for policies activated before the end of October, which will endure for the life of the policy.National Australia Bank recorded a net profit of $2.86 billion for the half year ended March 2014.
