There was an announcement regarding likely increases to the resource size. If there was no announcement at all I'm sure there would have been a speeding ticket. That said I don't think it can be all about the disequilibrium results, I mean they can increase the resource all they want, without a market to sell it to and a decent price it's all just dirt in the ground.

With so much volume I've gotta think someone is taking a large position (institutional) but it's been a week of heavy buying now surely there must be a substantial holder notice soon...
