NZO 09/09/2014 08:30 DIRECTOR REL: 0830 HRS New Zealand Oil and Gas Limited DIRECTOR: NZO: Nominations for Board The two longest serving directors on the board of New Zealand Oil & Gas will step down at the Annual Meeting in November. David Scoffham joined the board in 2003 and Paul Foley in 2000. The chairman of the board, Peter Griffiths, will retire by rotation and will offer himself for re- election. Nominations have been received for two new directors on the board of New Zealand Oil & Gas. Dr Rosalind Archer is currently a Professor at the University of Auckland, and Head of its Department of Engineering Science. In preparation for her potential appointment to the board, Dr Archer has been attending board meetings since December. Duncan Saville is a chartered accountant and chief executive of ICM Limited, a funds management group. Duncan is a director or associate of companies which collectively own or manage 18.3% of New Zealand Oil & Gas. Shareholders will vote on the nominations at the company's Annual Meeting on 4 November.
