I would be amazed if there was anything not kosher going on in POS. Apart from the fact that the team has a good record, there is too much at stake.
There are stages to this. Years ago I was much less trusting than I am now. In those days I was suspicious of everything. As my rat-smelling nose got finer tuned, I learnt that there are only two positions to take.
!. You do smell a rat. Reponse? Get out, stay out and forget the company.
2. You feel comfortable with management? Go for it.
For me there is no middle ground.
