    Sun Biomedical (ASX:SBN) will announce a capital raising after it exits a trading halt by Friday 12 September.

    The biotechnology and medical device company completed the first phase of testing of a new device aimed at occupational drug testing.

    There is a global trend towards saliva based occupational drug testing.

    The company is also known to be running the ruler over medical device acquisitions.
