A point of interest in the substantial shareholdings of MAQ or AAM is that they may have reached a blocking holding of 10% or more but if that increase is less than 1% since their last update, they apparently do not have to notify the market. It is therefore possible that either or both of the above may be holding 10% and we won't know! I contacted ASX customer service and confirmed this is correct. I can't say that I am completely comfortable with the accuracy of that advice so would be interested to hear from anyone who can advise otherwise .
