Building social network with MOKO, page-20

Rec*it continues to climb the appannie.com download charts. It doesn't seem to do well on the weekends though which I guess is understandable. I personally don't think Facebook or Twitter activity really indicate much. Just putting myself in a college students shoes, if I were a student I could honestly say I would download and use the app for intramural sports, I think it would be cool to check out my stats, keep track of events and communicate via the app, If the app functions well I could see myself using it a couple of times a week at least for sure. However I couldn't see myself bothering to like the Rec*it facebook page or follow it on twitter, wtf would I want to do that for?

I would say a lot more time is needed to gage the full potential of this app, things should be clearer towards the end of the year. Some colleges don't even begin term until the end of Sep. It was also said during the pilot phase students used the app heavily, which is promising.

Then theres always Run Haven which I think is a great concept, if the app can do all the things they hope it can do then I think this thing has the potential to become something massive. Too early to get excited about this one though I know.

As for BNR, honestly as a follower of American politics I am surprised by the huge following on facebook this has received, lol bit too partisan for my liking I guess. But then again who cares what I think as its this partisanship thats probably ironically lead it to success. It would be in the democrat party's interest to see BNR succeed, which is a huge support base to have particularly during election time. I am a bit skeptical about an app version of BNR however, following on facebook is one thing but to download an entire app solely dedicated to BNR I can't see that really taking off, but I hope I am wrong and pleasantly surprised once more. Voycit sounds more promising though.

Summing it up I am a big fan of Moko, its an exciting company, Management seem to always be coming up with new ideas, always making moves, cutting deals. Its only a matter of time before one of these concepts pays off surely. I for one will be buying more soon.
