It's called continuous disclosure.
The stock cannot trade if there is material information available that may affect the value of a company's stock price....up or down.
Spending tickets are a waste of time.
If you take a look at many, many company charts before major price sensitive announcements, there is action from insider buying....even on "tight holes".
The volume in FAR has been rather large for a P&D.
