before the offer in approx. april the stock was trading at 51c. - now still well up on this at 60c......... in other words if this scheme of arrangement does not proceed the stock could fall back to its pre-offer levels - alternatively there might be a lower bid
some of the above is incorrect - the proposed buyout price is 67.5c/ shr. and the extended date is to march 2015.
and some more - the stock went ex dvd today .........the dvd for H2 was 1c. so the gain was not as much as it first looked ........ also, seeing a lot of buyers now coming into market i sold one of my shorts .....once the dvd was deducted what was left was only chicken feed....... my other short was bought at a higher level so there should be more out of that......
