I have a list of reasons to buy this stock (incremental improvements to exisiting European technology)
I also have a book of reasons NOT TO BUY this stock (as you have said, the two announced investigations to deal don't justify the meteoric rise in a company which is just one of many investigating the same idea (dye-activated nano-particulate semi-conducter pastes applied by printing to low cost bases)
See what happens to Co's with a really good technology but are at an early stage of commercialisation (I won't put up Ballard and it's hydrogen power cells as too many people's retirements died on that one).
