Bit harsh to say that Aussiebulls is a contrarian indicator. Anyone who traded AVB based on Aussiebulls recommendations would be up based on the 6, 12 and 24 month performance:

6 Month: Aussiebulls are up 27.7%
12 month: Aussiebulls are up 45.6%
24 month: Aussiebulls are up 159%

They don't pick it right every time but with AVB they have definitely picked it well enough. I wouldn't be disappointed if I had followed their indicators!
