HI Jadel. you say. It looks like all the Insurance money under KPMG’s D&O Policy was being used up in defence of the case, IMF decided it was therefore not going to make any money and so pulled the plug.

Insurance company will fight the case & pay the bill???????

I don't think so !!! Is not that insurance for in case KPMG. GET found by the court to have done the Wrong thing
and the. !! insurance helps to pay the FINE..!! And compensate those who have been hurt..
