Im just letting every one know I had sent an email asking Ashley is the acquisition still going ahead and will there be a share consolation at some stage. I personality dont think there is a need for one but I asked this as a few posters have mentioned this before.

Ashleys response was the vendor is yet to satisfy all his obligations so that is the delay. He will have them satisfied by Monday Peru time. Consolation is been assessed with MIZs advisers and major share holders and Ashley said people forget that MIZs top 40 shareholders control over 60% of shares. They will also assess the response to this issue after a roadshow that starts at the end of next week through Europe and London.
