No. Water tables can rise and fall near the surface due to seasonal variations but not 2000m down. Over geological time the pressure should stabilise across the whole prospect. There are normally minor fluctuations but broadly speaking we use the hydrostatic pressure to get an indication, which for fresh water is equal to 0.433 psi/foot of depth. Since we're at about 1950m here, that's about 2770 psi.
The reservoir pressure will be somewhere around that, give or take a bit.
