KCN assumption that Andean option holders exersise. There are 34mil options on my books at exercised prices of .08 up to .20cps. If exerised this would put in excess of $5.0 mil in the KCN coffers. KCN would acquire (possible good chance of obtaining -all in the one hole- a 1 mil oz mine?) + many other excellent sites within the tenement areas that have some past results on record.

A 1 for 15 script entitlement would add about 20.2mil shares to KCN's register, assuming options are exersised. So we have a possible scenario of an additional 20.2 mil shares in KCN, a cash acquisition balance of say ($9.0+ mil.) if options are exersised, and by adding cash on hand (AND) being acquired by KCN.
