I agree with your rationales. But I doubt Scotland will say 'Yes'. A few Scott at my work think a 'Yes' will rock the boat too much and the White Hall will give the Scottish Government more independence anyway. So my bet is a 'No'.
On other topic, Can someone point out to me why the large block of selling (33k) keep popping up? It was taken out by buyers during the day and then the next day pop up again. Who is selling?
I noticed in the announcement. Andy Lucas is no longer a top 20 holder. Is this him selling?
