Anyone know if RIO legally obliged to make it public?

I was thinking maybe RIO, if not obliged, needs to show partners in lost lease that they (RIO) have tried everything to get it back (prior to forming an alliance to fight on. While also wanting the problem to go away. So giving their inadequate legal arguements a public airing would give the press amunition?

I bet the submissions are not made public after the decision.

Anyone know if RIO and the other stakeholders are more likely to unit and fight CAZ in courts or fight each other over who's liable to who for the lease's loss?

AFter all, if RIO is responsible, and it is clear cut, well, RIO is rich enough. As they say, no point suing someone if they don't own a house. RIO has a stack of houses.
