The positive about this is that it lays out the management case for comparing to any take over that comes through as it clears out some of the financials from a write down perspective and gives some sense to a go forward position for investors to consider.
It would be good for an update on the day takeover potential to come through as if there is no premium to current prices then a deal might not come through at this stage and it could lead to a sell off and drop in price and another good entry point based on SP IMO.
