I suggest pulling out the timeline of HomeOpen integration from their preso and also watch the WA listings as they are trying to develop and promote on that side of the country first... I really want to be able to tick off the progress and development against their own strategic goals as this may be the only real metric of "success" in the short term and will best asset for measuring the competence of the ALA management at this stage.
