re: re:for all those who can remember ......andean mmm downside - strange, but i thought i posted a reply to one of your posts - earlier today - and i never saw it - i wonder what happened to it

anyway - looks like andean is run by people, (or at least one), who is of interest to asic. i was going to use some other words, but i suppose i have to stick to the facts.

a person is innocent until proven guilty, and untill such a time, as the situation is determined one way, or the other, the matters are only "allegations". anyway, thanks for the link, and part of that link is as follows

"ASIC alleges Mr Woodland committed five offences of insider trading when he conducted a number of trades in the securities of Kanowna Consolidated Gold Mines between November and December 2003."
