I agree. My neighbor was a fund manager and he was telling me it was good to be in the market for most of his life. Then in Feb 1988 he told me it was not safe in the market right then, so stay away. As you probably know, that was almost the bottom. An Argo board member no less.
ADO seems to be well supported around this 12-13 level. Personally I would like another 2 months at this level to accumulate, then move up to 15-16 as xmas approaches. Bring on an announcement to take it back to the high twenties after that.
