The $400m headline number is a little more complex;

So just like LYC, they have signed up to a distress situations lender and $150m depends on some secret targets that SH are not to be told about. Like the Sojitz deal where there are a load of metric to be met but never disclosed in any detail.

These sorts of lenders are trouble, but where do you go if no one else will lend to you?
