i don't believe any of us is against a merger completely. What we're rejecting is the percentage of the combined entity offered to us considering we're going from fully funded, debt free, cash in bank to a debt heavy explorer. The CEO of IGAS is a step up from the rats we have on board but he's not worth giving away our company for...wonder how much longer the cash on hand will last considering the exploration program IGAS have on the cards. What then? another dilution? we'll be down to 20% of the combined entity soon, not much considering we're trebling the land holdings. Wonder if the muppets at Deloitte still think the offer is still "unfair but in your best interest" considering the caning IGAS sp has taken.
