Sold 1/3 of my holding at 5.15. Got really angry at myself thinking I should have kept because surely there would be a bidding war! Boy was I wrong (at least for now). Wish I had a time machine.

What a bunch of Muppets. Surely there is absolutely no shareholder value in selling part of the business. What are they going to do - give a special dividend? I don't mind if they sell part and invest that money in something that has potential. But I don't see that happening.

I'm worried now. No one sees fit to put a value on the entire company? But yet SAI want to push on with negotiations? How many millions has this fiasco cost us so far? Exactly what is the goal of the board? They must lack confidence and not see any long-term growth prospects. Something just seems a bit off with this.... I can't put my finger on it.... I know its unrelated, but this just feels like billabong

I would rather they can this process all together and focus on the company. I don't know what the focus of SAI is at this stage. Sell or not sell. Who knows. But seems that a 100% sale is off the cards now.
