Yep, no change in interest payments either for new noteholder who get the best of both worlds, 20% vwap discount plus 18% interest. Much better returns than La Jolla, Bergen, etc. Either the company is looking after insiders or the project risk is very high, not a good look either way imo.

Wonder if there's a 3B coming for the differential of 106m shares in the presentation versus previous 3B? How far back will the vwap be backdated?

Are existing noteholders selling to fund working capital and replace notes with new ones on same terms as they did previously?

The silver stream deal suggests the project is worth something long term although they get a nice payback in the long run.
