Dodds...great post mate. I posted a while back about being careful how you digest posts on HC and paid reference to the infamous StockTops who I'm sure all the old timers will remember well. Some posters post with there heart and others with their wallet - that's human nature. Ultimately the only thing that will change the SP for good or bad will be the drill bit. Good news and you're holding at the time then happy days - bad news and then it's off to SNE-1 and Kenya. No need to panic if you've done your research on FAR's lease's but need to remember that while the rewards can be great so can the downfalls. Good to read input from all posters, positive and negative to get a balance but need to be careful your decisions are not based entirely on any HC poster IMO.
