Well I have decided to sell out of TAP. I still believe in management and the strategy longer term and continue to see long term value.
I do however see short term risk with a lot priced in that Manora development all goes to plan. It has been quite well promoted that Manora will produce in the vicinity of 4500 BOPD for TAP.
Manora will however take a number of development wells and time to produce to expected levels. Wells is this area are known for their complexity. From a risk/reward perspective I have sold out over the last couple of days 67-68c.
I wish holders all the very best and will look for a re-entry on weakness down to 55c on development disappointment or delays.
As always DYOR.
