Sparkie, as you know many posters find more than 10 lines of text rather tedious. In evidence I use the Mt K and Sojitz agreements - so many just didn't understand what LYC had signed up for. Also the notes at the end of the financials are often not read in any detail at all.

This is just my view from following LYC on HC for the past 2 years, and it not meant to cast a slur on anyone. I suspect many find the wording complex, or boring and just give up before getting to the end.

I think Janti's response is about right. However if you feel LYC may have breached the listing rules then you can file a formal complaint.

HOWEVER - if they go into a trading halt for more than a few days the Mt K covenants are triggered and all hell would break loose, and in any event SH would loose the ability to trade the shares. Do you think this would be better than the SP going down a half cent, as today?

Be careful for what you wish, they may not come out of a trading halt.
