Joyce has a problem being OPENLY GAY!
Wouldn't matter in business world if he was a closet gay no one would bother.
Ability for a CEO is networking while showing they have knowledge, competence
Joyce shows neither.
If he had or has concern for QANTAS he should of been looking for his replacement years ago
Don't seem he is, or have slightest concern for QANTAS
plenty of very competent females out there that can easily replace Joyce and do a far better job
Male replacements much harder to find (in more demand?)
The only way to get rid of him is to raise overseas ownership to over 55%
