Thanks invest4it, this is strong evidence that SMM had received a LOI cancellation via letter. I would love to know where that cancellation letter is and what was mentioned in it. It would be very plausible IMO that a cancellation letter would contain a reason for doing so. The main argument for SMM is that they didn't receive a reason for the cancellation, but from this letter, its obvious that they had progressed further to plan this corruption. The fact that SMM are willing to go to great lengths tells me that they would have already been given a reason. Most probably because the local landowners weren't willing to work with SMM or let them gain access to their land. The judge would be able to see all this IMO, this should be a win for AVQ. I can't see how SMM can explain away that letter.
