    A HONG Kong magistrate has approved the extradition of the fugitive businessman wanted for the largest insider trading fraud in Australian history, pending final approval by the HK government. The Australian can reveal the green light has been given for former Hanlong Australia boss Steven Xiao to be extradited to Australia to face 105 charges of insider trading following a finding by a Hong Kong Magistrate.
