Complacency and arrogance in having the best ground in the Bryah and also a gold plant ready to go doesn't always do the trick paltucularly when financiers know there are very few companies which will talk to you and your company can't proceed without you.
Hopefully we are close to doing a deal with a financier who simply wants to make a decent buck.
