Shareholders diluted again at low prices, the company helping them sell at a tidy profit by delaying disclosure and releasing around the time of news/reports.
Why are they selling? Maybe pocket the 100% profit and reinvest in new notes? remains to be seen
Who holds the notes? not much disclosure, brokers and their mates at a guess with steeper vwap discounts and higher interest charges than Lind
