That's how I see it Dewe. However, I'd prefer to look at the medium term prediction of three years as step wise. So what you wold more likey see is finaincing and building of the plant in that time together with progress plans for the next step. In the emeantime the JDC plant would be commercially running at a profit.
I'm sure that others like myself will have completed other plant build prohects in the meantime so will be able to throw our full weight beind it (read share price rises).
