My rough calcs are similar to yours:

$20m cash on hand at 30/6
$4m repatriated post 30/6
$38m sale proceeds
($4m) - my guess of Chinese withholding taxes at 10%

$58m is the approx. end result, IF this all goes through = 33c + Buffett Club.

Presumably carried forward losses and the double taxation agreement that Australia has with China might prevent any tax being paid in Aust but that is just a guess.

My understanding from the AGM was also that the funds will be used to buy something else and not returned to shareholders.
