Interferon (with Rv) works very well for G3 and it 'only' takes six months to cure instead of 12 months ala G1.
Interferon makes you sicker than Rv.
Ribavirin, over eight weeks, will be a walk in the park for anyone who has done the twelve month combination course and failed.
Of course a one hour infusion as an outpatient will kill the pig.
