It was reported this week that Quadrant Private Equity paid $140m for a 45% stake in Canberra Data Centres. This values CDC at $311m (roughly 12x EBITDA of $25m according to the article below). CDC's EBITDA margins are 50% - which is where NXT margins could end up. At capacity NXT revenues could be $160m plus cross connects (EQIX cross connects are 20% of revenue) at an average of $4.5m/MW. 50% EBITDA margins at 12x...you do the sums...
