0.6 cent per share raising for just 1.2mill... hmm...
now that is serious desparation, and feels like a recapitalisation of a defunkt company... it just that it usually happens after the old company has gone thru a couple years of administration etc...

not sure wot the overall story is ??
if they actually had any cash left after the morocco drill, then such a low price level for capital raising would not be necessary, so one can only deduce that tpt is effectively wiped out... for now...

well... having some 450mill shares at less than 1c value... who knows ? will it get down to .1cent ??!! haha... i guess then they are just looking to use the company as a listing vehicle for someone that doesnt then want to go through an ipo but would instead use tpt as a listing vehicle... haha... one really cannot say much more at this stage :-((
