They won`t get 90% as I have 2 million and believe there many others like me who won`t sell. If they get 70% which is likely they will start to work the company as they wish to unlock its true value ( unlike the incumbents) . After an initial drop I can see in 6 months being worth 8-9 cents. This is greater than 50% increase. Delayed gratification for me not immediate surrender and anger at the low takeover price.
