Albuera, I agree with you that management have not created any wealth for OBL shareholders whilst paying themselves very attractive salaries. All that seems to have happened over the past 5 yrs is shareholder dilution and millions of dollars in Admin costs largely made up of Directors fees. However, if the Directors participate in the SPP and announce such, then I will also put in my hard earned. If the Directors are not prepared to lead the way, then I would suggest neither should the existing shareholders.
