Why would the people who have engineered the current pricing release it before 30-sep? Any hope of a bounce before 1-Oct at the earliest is baseless. The current state has nothing to do with value and everything to do with positioning.
Looking at the CR timetable it's more likely that the current price will be held until after 8-Oct to discourage we sheep from exercising our entitlements.
