we can complain about the strangeness of management and odd wastefulness...which has cost the bkp money.
However the real reason bkp is rock bottom in sp is the poor results in the ground...which begs the question of the Ryder report's figures. Even using the most conservative estimate from there should have been in the ground signs better than seen to date.
The entire reason for bkp's rise in sp Was the estimates of this report, even the most conservative of them. Now either it has been just very bad luck....or the report is rubbish, and there may prove to be no or very poor recoverable oil/gas in those areas.
The thing not tried yet is conventional oil on bkp's own little bit of land. Would be irony if in fact produced oil.
