No it's not. It's only unsubstantiated if it's a single person commenting on behalf of someone else. KL's 15mins with Brad post that was modded a good example. The top rated post summarising the comments from the AGM also a good example - substantiated info because 2 or more people present at that meeting. Was there info in that post that was not in an ASX release - yes. Did Brad's comments (some of them) appear directed at comments on HC - also yes.

I want some more of that second thing - substantiated but not a required ASX update. They say far more than anything you'll see in a release when it comes to this company.

The guy running the show has a law degree remember. If he gives up more info in a public place it won't be by accident. And all above board too. Easy peasy.
