Even with TPT that you bring up as a failure, it had only one shot. Very high risk, however went from 20 to 32 cents in the last month prespud and that was with dilution of 10m dollars worth of CR at 16c!!!. If there was no CR the upside would have been much more pre spud.
Luckily if same thing happens to PVD we should easily see above 1$ price in January.
