vgl - higher takeover offer coming from commander This morning's Street Talk column in the Financial Review suggests a higher bid is coming as Commander have been speaking to VGL's substantial shareholders and the takeover offer is scheduled to expire mid-next week.
The suggested range is $1.10 - $1.20 to keep Perpetual happy.
