Well an interesting day and it's only lunch time, OW called it and the day traders seem to be out in force. Where we will settle by the end of the week remains to be seen. 35.7M volume at time of post, how many of those were re-trades I don't know, but I think such knowledge may be significant.

At 1.2B share most investors IMO seem to know that given the time we will be heading much further north and may be subsequently sitting on their holdings as in comparison percentage there is not a lot on offer. I know I am, even though a short term profit is quite tempting, I think I will be greedier here with the upside potential. But each to their own strategy.

Hopefully once a regulatory Policy is approved and announced, CNX will then submit such to the other States. Given that such will be reached from the exhaustive processes and scrutiny we have endured over the last 4 years from Regulatory and Independent Group/s, one may consider such to be relatively smooth, then again who knows with Politics. I do think that not only the Pollies but the Public need to be educated in regarding the vast difference of UCG from CSG. I'll repost Neil Scott's Paper Presentation for any newbies or those that missed it...

I expect we may see further re-ratings as we progress with at least Qld issue of Policy and Project approvals. With further enhancements should other States ratify their Policies. Of course it's not going to happen overnight, but IMO such leaves CNX in the box seat (in Australia) for some time to come.

One must remember there is not only the Syngas Product, but also the potential for third party GTL and Fertilizer Projects.

Good luck to all, long termers may finally take heart in what they always knew. I don't want to put a timeline on it but IMO we may be turning the corner and the future may be quite prosperous for CNX.
