Only thing is, that without the SPP's in the past, my buy in price would have been double what it is now, from when SP was pre consolidation 16-20c, participated in SPP's and got cost down to around 10c, .... (80c-$1) & (50c)
So, now CR only with Institutions, shareholder can not lower cost as well as more shares in the company.
My understanding was that he would not do any capital raisings at all, but if he did, would favourably involve shareholders, like was done pre Cottee's ROT.
