Yes, I agree that the report probably does explain it better than the announcement, but the announcement does read as if the 25% share has been assigned for a consideration of $3.4m.
Assuming that the announcement is badly worded then all we can hope for is the SI placement motion to be approved and TPT to get lucky somewhere else.
